JOE BLACKBURN has practiced law predominantly in the federal and state courts in the Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover and New Kent area for 35 years. He has a trial practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, traffic offenses including driving under the influence and reckless driving, divorce and related domestic relations cases. He also represents landowners in eminent domain proceedings in condemnation cases instituted by local and state government. He also has a criminal law practice including all crimes from serious felonies to underage possession of alcohol. He is the president of the firm and has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
