ROBIN M. MORGAN was born in Newport Beach, California, and educated at Washington & Lee University (B.S., Physics/Engineering, 1976), and the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond (Juris Doctor, 1980). Mr. Morgan has been engaged in the private practice of law in Richmond, Virginia, since 1980, joining the Firm as a partner in 2007, and maintains a civil and criminal litigation practice in all area courts with an emphasis on family law, criminal law, estate/trust administration and fiduciary litigation and personal injury. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar (Family Law and Criminal Law Sections) and the Henrico County Bar Association.

Mr. Morgan has spoken on various topics related to juvenile (civil and criminal) and family law, and co-authored a Virginia practice handbook section on School Student Discipline issues.
