TUCKER L. HENLEY has a general practice in which he emphasizes real estate transactions; administration of decedent's estates; criminal law-defending those charged with misdemeanors, felonies and traffic violations; and representing parties in civil lawsuits.

Mr. Henley took both his undergraduate and law degree at the University of Mississippi ("Ole Miss"). Upon graduation he worked in the investment and trust business for approximately twelve years. He has been in private law practice since 1992 and with Blackburn, Conte, Schilling & Click, P.C. since 1999. Mr. Henley is a member of both the Virginia State Bar and the Mississippi State Bar.
